Isrotel group's Aluma chain ventures into Rome with €68 million acquisition of Savoy Hotel, a historic preservation building on Via Vento Street, featuring 130 rooms and rooftop bar.

The Savoy Hotel is housed in a historic building intended for preservation, on Via Vento Street, one of the main and famous streets in the city. The hotel has 130 guest rooms, dining areas, commerce and a bar on the roof with a panoramic view. Prior to its opening, the company is expected to carry out significant renovation and upgrade works in the hotel to the extent of an additional €30 million. According to the plan, the renovated hotel is expected to open during the third quarter of 2026 and will be operated under the Aluma brand.

At the same time, these days the company is promoting the construction of another ultra-luxury suite hotel located on Via de la Scrope in the center of the historic district in Rome. The hotel has 36 spacious suites with balconies facing the main street, commercial areas, a presidential suite, a patisserie cafe and a chef's restaurant.

The ALUMA chain was officially launched in March 2024, with the announcement of the opening of four hotels in Greece, three in Athens and another hotel in Thessaloniki. Today two of the hotels in Athens (SKYLARK Hotel and ANISE Hotel) have opened and are fully operational and the third hotel in Athens (ADIA Hotel) will open in the first quarter of 2025.
