Super-Pharm launches a new "stock check" feature on the online platform so that you can check if the product is in stock, before you arrive at the branch.

Have you arrived at a Super Pharm branch and discovered that your favorite shampoo is missing from the shelf? Super-Pharm is launching a new "stock check" feature on its online platform, which will allow customers to check before arriving at the branch, via the website or the app, whether the requested product is in stock at the branch they are visiting.

The new feature is available at Super-Pharm Online, and is valid for all chain products, in all categories, including prescription and non-prescription drugs. Using the new feature, customers will benefit from a simple and fast service that provides real-time information about the availability of various products in the chain's branches, all with the click of a button.

The feature was added as part of the upgrade of the service to the chain's customers, and as part of Super-Pharm's adherence to a high service standard. The inventory check includes all the chain's branches throughout the country, and shows the existing inventory in the branch as of the moment of the check.

The inventory check does not include the inventory of medications in the prescriptions of the general health fund patients. Michael Mitrani, VP of eCommerce and Innovation at Super-Pharm Online: "The new feature we have implemented in Super-Pharm Online will allow our customers to check whether the product they are interested in purchasing is currently available at the branch closest to their home, thus saving them valuable time."
