iStore launches a new service exclusively for security forces and their families, with the repair center open on Fridays in March.

iStore, the official distributor of Apple products in Israel, is launching a dedicated service for the security forces personnel and their families, and will open the repair center in the central region on Fridays (at the flagship branch in Rothschild, Tel Aviv) throughout the month of March, for their use only.

"Our goal is to assist our customers, who are mostly away from home most of the week and need personal, accessible service that considers their unique needs", says Chaim Zaguri, CEO of iStore - Apple's official partner and distributor in Israel. "We have dedicated a team of technicians and customer service exclusively for the security forces personnel for any repair or replacement needs of Apple devices or other Apple products".

Within the dedicated service:

Devices will be serviced on the same day according to availability and nature of the issue.

Option to receive a complimentary Apple loaner device!

Includes device refreshment, renewal, and dust cleaning - at no cost!

The laboratory team will be exclusively available to male and female security forces.

In order to provide quality service to all customers, it is necessary to schedule an appointment in advance on the network site.
