The beloved American yoga brand's special discount sparks a frenzy as local customers flock to malls, marking one of their biggest annual sales events.

The American yoga brand, Alo Yoga, opened its doors in Israel over a year ago, quickly establishing its roots in the Israeli market. Local customers were already quite familiar with the brand's online presence. Their popular sets and comfortable fabrics had caught the attention of major personalities like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and many others, including Coral Simanovich, who flaunts them throughout Barcelona.

Last Thursday, the international brand kicked off its "aloversary" celebrations, manifesting in a generous 30% discount sale at its stores in Ramat Aviv Mall, TLV, and Dizengoff Square. This annual sale event, marked by numerous styles discounted, is considered one of their most lucrative, a rarity for a brand not known for frequent sales announcements (for those who missed it, good luck until next Friday, the 3.5).

Israeli clientele were, of course, the first to line up outside the mall gates on the holiday, every morning, just moments before store openings, amidst massive crowds. A familiar scene captured and continuously surprising. The hype around the sale even reached TikTok, with users documenting the massive queues in anticipation of discounted purchases.

Hundreds of people, women and men alike, including families with strollers, were determined to get what they came for, no matter the effort of dragging the whole family along on vacation. Everyone striving to be among the first to enter and grab the best items. "It's nothing compared to what's going on inside. "What is wrong with you, ladies???" wrote one internet user alongside a video showing the entrance shutter closing on them.

The active lifestyle brand began its journey in Los Angeles in 2007, by Danny Harris and Marco DeGeorge, spreading the yoga lifestyle worldwide. Today, standing alongside Lululemon as worthy competitors, they dominate the category. The premium brand is committed to promoting yoga globally, spreading the mindfulness movement, inspiring wellness, and fostering community in the forefront of the "Active Wear" category, thanks to its innovative designs and the distinctive fabrics that stick to and develop them.
