Planning to fly to the Big Apple in the coming months? Samdar Ron, a graduate in art and a flight attendant at El Al, provides you with some extremely valuable tips.

If you are planning to come to New York soon, Smeder has collected for you a list of innovative and special exhibitions characterized by "pop" art and offering a new, interactive and interesting experience of art, for the whole family.

An observation deck with a panoramic view located in a skyscraper in Manhattan at a height of 315 meters, which incorporates an exhibition spread over three floors of the building. The exhibition is a perfect space for worthwhile Instagram photos. One of the floors is filled with huge, bouncing silver balloons that are a celebration for all ages, on another floor there is a room of mirrors with transparent glass that creates optical illusions, and also a transparent floor through which you can see the ground. This is an experiential and enjoyable exhibition, but it may be less suitable for those who suffer from a fear of heights. It is recommended to order tickets in advance and arrive at sunset, open from 12 noon.

Price 47 dollars.

The exhibition is about futuristic progress, innovation and art, and it allows you to explore the joy, curiosity and adventurousness inherent in each of us. The stay at the exhibition begins with the screening of a 3D film about life, and from there continues with interactive transitions between spectacular rooms in which a crystal ball plays, a floor of flowers, mirrors, paintings on screens, a waterfall, a bubble room and more. Price: $44 per adult, $35 per child.

A museum of art and technology, which redefines the experience of visiting a museum that we are all used to. I recommend the video art exhibition that is on display these days. This is an innovative and particularly intriguing video art exhibition with a layer of national pride, since behind it is an Israeli artist named Roy Nahum. The exhibition allows the visitor an adventure that stimulates all the senses, as a kind of futuristic glimpse. Visitors start in a vast space where a video presentation of a giant white and mesmerizing bird is projected and from there they continue to pass through 25 conceptually designed rooms, for example, the "cave" room, as it is named - designed like a cave and includes displays of pink monkeys swimming in waterfalls of flowers. Price - $52 for adults, $46 for students and children up to the age of 17.

The Museum of Modern Art includes permanent exhibitions - the "Museum Collection", and changing exhibitions that combine sculpture and photography while leveraging art through technological tools. You can stay in the museum and enjoy the works for long hours. The museum's permanent collection is considered one of the best in the world and includes the works "Starry Night" by Van Gogh, "Water Lilies" by Monet, "The Lovers" by René Magritte and more. The museum is open every day of the week.

Price 25 dollars.

The Whitney Museum of American Art is housed in an impressive and large building made of steel and glass materials. The view reflected from it includes the Hudson River and Little Island, an artificial island that is another charming stopping point before or after the museum. The museum spans 8 floors and displays permanent and changing exhibitions including a variety of art types - paintings, illustrations, photography, prints, sculptures, video works, video art and performances. The museum's collection is large and includes about 12,000 works, so you should leave enough time if you want to enjoy every work. For example, I stayed in the museum for about 4 hours. I recommend starting the tour from the top floor, the 8th floor (there is an elevator), and going down through the outside stairs from where you can overlook all of Manhattan. The museum also offers a bakery, a cafe and a restaurant to complete the experience.

Price 30 dollars.

About the Balloon Museum I recommend visiting any destination that has a branch of it, whether in the US or throughout Europe. The Balloon Museum presents contemporary art exhibitions that allow a journey between exhibits that include unexpected shapes. The museum allows everyone to feel like a child at a colorful birthday celebration and is built as a track Passing through 18 separate rooms. The design of the rooms includes thousands of colorful balloons in magical shapes, colors and designs. The displays allow you to touch, feel and take pictures of course. One of the rooms, for example, includes a huge ball pool that you can enter, an experience Also fun for adults.
