Just before the hot summer arrives, the Australian surfing and fashion brand, RIP CURL, has landed in Israel, bringing dozens of sea, beach, and lifestyle products to the Israeli audience.

A new website has been launched for the RIP CURL brand, featuring men's, women's, and children's clothing along with the brand's new concept store for surfing and lifestyle in Israel. Among the brand's quality products are a variety of swimwear, surfing suits, boardshorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, and more.

The launch of the new store in Big Fashion Ashdod attracted surfers from all over the city and the region, including Israel's youth surfing champion, San Malka. Surfers from Ashdod's renowned surfing schools - Lee Gal, Waves, and FTV - also attended.

Simultaneously, the brand has begun operating an online store in Israel with home delivery services, offering RIP CURL's new summer collection alongside professional surfing equipment such as surfing suits, wax, and more.

RIP CURL, founded in Australia in 1969, has been a leading company in the surfing market for over 50 years. The company operates around 300 stores worldwide and is particularly popular in Australia, the USA, France, South Africa, and Brazil. The brand sponsors Olympic surfers like Mick Fanning, Molly Picklum, Gabriel Medina, Tyler Wright, Tom Curren, Stephanie Gilmore, and more.

Electra Consumer Products (a subsidiary of S.A.E.R), the importer of the Columbia brand in Israel, acquired the rights to the popular surfing brand last June. The establishment of the concept store involved an investment of one and a half million shekels.

S.A.E.R., an entrepreneurship and trading company founded in 1994, is owned by Electra Consumer Products, Tomer Ben-Senior, and Aviad Tzabari, who serve as joint CEOs. The company is the importer of the Columbia brand in Israel and other leading outdoor brands, operating three retail chains - Shvilim, OUTSIDERS, and COLUMBIA, with 53 stores. The company distributes its products to wholesale stores, a wide range of leading companies, and institutional clients. Last June, the company, together with Med Surf Meter, established a joint venture, according to which it holds the rights to RIP CURL and other surfing brands of Med Surf Meter.

Zvika Shwimer, CEO of Electra Consumer Products: "This is the first branch of the RIP CURL brand out of ten branches that are set to open, as part of the company's vision to continue leading the outdoor and leisure fashion worlds and to expand its foothold in the sports and outdoor sports sectors."
