Opticana launches HorizonHope collection
Opticana opens Pop-Up Store for Cattleya brand in Ramat Aviv Mall, led by presenters Omer Adam and Yael Shelbia, showcasing the summer 2024 collection.
Opticana, Israel's leading optical chain, is launching the Summer 2024 collection of its in-house brand Cattleya. The new collection features around 25 new models of sunglasses and 15 models of optical glasses.
In addition, a new Pop-Up store has opened in Ramat Aviv Mall, opposite the Opticana store. The Pop-Up displays around 480 different SKUs of sunglasses and optical glasses. The models combine trendy designs with best-sellers, classic, and timeless designs, ensuring everyone can find a pair that suits them.
The Pop-Up will be open until mid-June 2024, after which more permanent stands will open in several malls across the country. Recently, the chain opened a new Cattleya branch in the Mall Hayam in Eilat.
The HorizonHope collection, designed by Gloria Babay, Opticana's trendologist and designer, introduces a new era of style, sustainability, and innovation inspired by the evolution of eyewear through the ages. This collection is not just a series of glasses; it is a forward-looking vision reflecting the most vibrant trends and striving for a better future for everyone. HorizonHope is more than a glasses collection; it is a vision of the future, especially for those who look forward with hope and seek the perfect pair to view the world through, reflecting their personal style.
In the world of eyewear, as in the world of design, this year is characterized as a year of paradox. Alongside wars and natural disasters, a trend has emerged in the design world that looks forward to a softer, sweeter future, characterized by authentic yet bold design. This was the inspiration for creating the items in the collection. The new collection combines classic charm with modern twists. The process of creating the glasses included recycled bio-acetate, echoing the brand's commitment to eco-friendly design. Bold colors, thick profiles, and large geometric frames, alongside minimalist profiles, soft colors, photochromic lenses, and frames that integrate the lens material, all promise a look with statement, self-expression, and emotional resonance for every face and personality.
Cattleya is known for artistic design, attention to detail, and meticulous designs at an accessible price without compromising quality. The collection was photographed at the National Library in Jerusalem, symbolizing the journey of generations and the evolution of the Jewish people over the years.
The glasses are produced under strict conditions, using the most advanced materials in the optical world, such as titanium, ceramic nose pads produced using a unique method, and resin-filled tips for comfortable and almost imperceptible wear. Additionally, the hinges of Cattleya glasses come with a rigid internal addition made of stainless steel. The frames are light, flexible, and hypoallergenic. The lenses are made from the most advanced materials and undergo rigorous quality control tests to provide maximum protection and filtering of harmful radiation.
Cattleya glasses are exclusively sold at Opticana branches and at the new Cattleya flagship store in the Mall Hayam, Eilat, at a uniform price of NIS 299 for sunglasses and NIS 399 for optical glasses. The price includes optical lenses and an optometrist exam.
