250 additional parking spaces added at Ofer Kiryon Mall

Ofer Kiryon Mall, located in Kiryat Bialik and part of the Ofer Malls Group, has invested NIS 50 million this week in the opening of a new parking complex, named 'Northern Parking'. Spanning over an area of approximately 7,500 square meters across three floors, it accommodates 250 additional parking spaces, supplementing the existing 3,000 parking spaces in the mall.

The investment in constructing the new parking lot is estimated at ₪50 million and is situated in the northern area, adjacent to the Ofer Gate. Visitors to the new parking area will have direct access to the mall via a new and direct elevator.

The new parking lot will operate during the mall's opening hours, starting from 10:00 am on weekdays, from 9:00 am on Fridays until the mall closes, and on Saturdays, from half an hour after the end of the Sabbath until the stores close.

According to Guy Keren, CEO of Ofer Kiryon, "We are pleased to announce to the residents of Kiryat and the surrounding area the opening of the new Northern Parking, which will provide accessibility and convenience to all mall visitors. The opening of the Northern Parking is part of the revitalization of Ofer Kiryon, which includes a wide-ranging process, including opening a row of shops, expanding and enlarging commercial areas, renovating the mall, enhancing the brand mix, and refurbishing dozens of existing shops." He added, "Ofer Kiryon will continue to operate and maintain its position as one of the leading malls in Israel, with approximately 65,000 square meters of commercial space that provide consumers with the ultimate shopping and leisure experience."

Ofer Kiryon Mall, part of the Ofer Malls Group, sprawls over 120 dunams, including 65,000 square meters of commercial space and around 200 stores featuring international and local brands, as well as leisure and entertainment venues.
