In a move to address the current challenge of employee recruitment, Isracard is establishing a unique customer service center within the Ruppin campus.

The new service center will be located on the Ruppin campus grounds and is expected to start serving the company's customers as early as July. Starting today, the company will begin recruiting dozens of employees, including students and local residents, to staff the new center.

Employees at the new customer service center will be Isracard employees from day one and will benefit from a workplace that offers a balance between studies and work through convenient and flexible shifts, facilitated by the physical proximity of the center.

A Win-Win for the Company and StudentsLimor Shako, VP of Human Resources at Isracard Group, explains the insight that led to the establishment of the center. "Students need to juggle many study hours, preparing assignments, and allocating time for exam preparation. To succeed in their academic tasks, they need employment that suits their lifestyle. Our surveys among students and local residents indicated that a workplace allowing quick entry into the business world while enabling them to continue their studies and other activities can meet their needs precisely."

She adds, "Working on campus allows students to easily get to work, saving travel time and related expenses. Additionally, a job at the center offers a shortcut in the career path to professional, managerial, and even senior positions because they become company employees from day one. As they persist, they can be exposed to promotion opportunities in various fields, aligned with their studies at Ruppin."

Moreover, employees will enjoy a comfortable benefits package beyond salary, such as tuition reimbursement, various perks, company events, loyalty bonuses, and more."

She adds, "Employees at Isracard's service center also benefit from access to technological and managerial tools that provide valuable skills for future roles. For example, project management courses, general management workshops, communication skills development, AI, data adoption, presentation skills, branding, and more."
