Ofer Hakanyon Hagadol in Petah Tikva, part of the Ofer Malls chain owned by Melisron, will invest approximately NIS 65 million in a comprehensive renewal project.

Ofer Hakanyon Hagadol unveiled the newly opened and renovated stores following recent renovations intended to improve the mall's aesthetics and provide an enhanced shopping experience for visitors.

The initial phase of the upgrade involved refurbishing the food court, which has now been completed. The subsequent phases, set to commence later this year, will include replacing flooring, updating ceilings, installing new systems, and expanding existing stores.

As part of the effort to diversify the offerings, numerous stores in the mall have been opened or upgraded. Over the coming weeks, seven more stores featuring international and local brands will complete their openings and renovations, with a total investment of approximately NIS 53 million:

ZARA has opened its largest store in Israel, expanding from 1,100 square meters to 3,500 square meters on a single floor. For the first time in Israel, ZARA will operate self-checkout counters to reduce queuing times. Designed to the highest international ZARA standards by a team from Spain in collaboration with an Israeli construction team, the store features a collection of over 100,000 items, some exclusive to around 50 premium stores worldwide.
