The driver flipped his car into a stream with four dogs. One walked 6 km to their Florida campsite, initiating the rescue.

The sheriff's office of Baker County in Florida, received a phone call from the spokesperson, reporting that his brother, Brandon Gart, did not arrive at the family camp yesterday afternoon as planned. The family members found his car this morning but could not reach him due to the terrain conditions.

This conversation was preceded by a drama starring one of Gart's four dogs. The day before, he drove with his truck with the dogs, slipped in a sharp turn on the road and fell into a stream channel. One of the dogs managed to walk almost four kilometers to the family camp. The fact that he returned alone from the trip revealed to the family that something very serious had happened.

It turned out that Gart managed to crawl about a hundred meters from the car, where he spent the night, while the family was looking for him. After they found his car in the morning and called the local police for help, employees from the sheriff's office, American forestry service workers, and members of the local rescue unit were alerted to the scene.

Rescue teams arrived at the scene and located the car. Gart was found a few tens of meters from the Tinder where he spent the night, and he was rescued using ropes and a rescue basket, and taken to the hospital. He was hospitalized in stable condition, without any internal injuries. The other three dogs were found at the scene, two of them with fractures, and were also transferred for treatment.
