Binyamina Winery, Green Bin, Tropical and Elegant

Golan Heights Winery, Yarden, Pinot Gris

The Pinot Gris from the Yarden series is a surprising wine that combines Italian origin with local characteristics. It's relatively restrained, with aromas of white fruits, citrus, and a hint of tropical fruits. The palate is slightly oily and rounded with enjoyable acidity. Ideal with aged and mature cheeses. Feldstein Winery, Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc differs slightly from the usual expectations. A richer and more complex wine, it has aged a year in oak barrels and is blended with a bit of Semillon. Alongside the tropical notes typical of Sauvignon Blanc, it features minerality, herbaceousness, and much complexity. It's a wine meant for food, best enjoyed after some sips and nibbles. Pairs excellently with fish, roasted chicken, or a rich pastry, as well as aged cheeses. Price: NIS 110.

Bat Shlomo Winery, Chardonnay

A Chardonnay with a distinct Californian character, aged for ten months in barrels with gentle stirring of the lees. The result is a golden-hued wine with green touches, characterized by aromas of buttery apple, baked pear, lemon zest, and a hint of cinnamon. Balanced and rich, it's best served not too cold and pairs well with a rich quiche or pasta. Price: NIS 135.

Recanati Winery, Special Reserve White

A blend of Roussanne and Marsanne, aged for about 8 months in barrels. This wine is especially rich and complex, with a medium-to-full body, balanced acidity, and a broad range of white and yellow fruit flavors with a sharp mineral finish. Avoid serving it too cold to fully enjoy the wine's complexity. Works well with fried fish, roasted meat, and aged cheeses. Price: NIS 149.
