Roni Stiglitz, Israel's saleswoman, reveals a service that increases revenue for businesses in five sessions - sales lounge group training. What is taught and why is it popular? We went to find out
The company Roni Stiglitz Consulting and Sales Support works with companies and business owners on the various aspects of sales, and among its services you will find management of sales teams and the establishment of teams and support and training in the field of sales. But those who know Roni know that she does not stop and will always look for how her clients can break boundaries and grow the business.
What is a business owner supposed to achieve in group training?
"I don't want sales to rule people's lives or for it to scare or control their lives. A person shouldn't be a sales shark, but himself and the ability will already come intuitively. My goal is for businesses and salespeople to rule their lives and feel that it's in their hands, and not the other way around - The quality of your sales will determine the quality of your life on a business and personal level."
Learn to sell and become a money magnet
After becoming successful at a young age, Roni Stiglitz opened a business that helps business owners conquer their goals and build sales teams. It does this through a variety of services, including one-on-one premium guidance and group sales training.
What do you get at the end of the training?
"In addition to the new self-confidence, the buyers receive techniques, tools and methods, a certificate of professional training in sales, which is a great thing to put on a resume, a gift digital course that they can always return to and practice, an answer and availability for up to a year in the group, where they can send recordings and receive advice and tips as well to create collaborations. In addition, those who excel in the training have the opportunity to work in the company as sales trainers."
"I like to give a platform to as many people as possible and create collaborations between them. Sales are the heart and engine of any business, if there is no money, there will be no business because money is calm and calm equals personal development in all aspects of life. I want to see people earn more and take the Business forward. It's amazing to give my vast knowledge one-on-one but it's a shame to keep it in such a limited circle because there is a whole crowd of people who can use up their business potential thanks to me."
And is it possible to do this in a group setting?
"Group dynamics are very fun. You meet new people from a wide variety of fields, create connections and practice together, and in the end, collaborations also emerge. The advantage is that you have someone to practice sales with and also not be alone in difficulties, you can learn a lot from the way others face challenges. "
Practical training with results
Roni Stiglitz explains that the group trainings, which take place in Ra'anana and the Stock Exchange area, consist of five sessions, where each session lasts 4 hours and includes presentations, assignments and even homework.
How many people are there in each group?
"It's a boutique group so between 10 and 20 people only."
Can you tell us about the syllabus?
"Learning about the sales scale and a method that business owners should implement in their business, they will receive tasks and homework that are adapted to the nature of their business and will help them develop a sales technique and we will work together on verbal, assertiveness and payment collection skills. Each class is divided into two parts - a theoretical part in which they learn tools and a practical part of simulations and exercises that help overcome fear."
What do you mean by results?
"I commit to results. Those who do not pass the training, can always pass another one. I am with each participant all the way, and each participant in the training always has someone to turn to."
And how does that manifest in practice?
"I accompany them during and after the training, to ensure that they realize the sales goals they have set for themselves. In each training there is a WhatsApp group with common tasks and sales goals, in which everyone reports on sales and conduct. The goal is that the practice and the update will instill in them a passion for sales, which will be incorporated into the routine theirs intuitively and make them apply the method every day, sale after sale, success after success. I'm also always available for questions and consultation, that's my mission."
What do you get at the end of the training?
Roni Stiglitz doesn't think she invented the wheel but believes she can turn her customers into people you can't refuse, a human magnet for money, and that it will become something automatic.
Who is the training suitable for?
For three audiences: Employees who are engaged in sales, including sales or call center managers who want to upgrade their skills and quality of work, business owners who are one man shows who want to sharpen sales and get to know people and a third audience business owners who want to train their staff."
"Further on, mentors and expert lecturers, who will give businessmen and salesmen an envelope from the sales level to the management of the business side. I can already see my future school of sales that will help create links and connections between business owners."
