For NIS 92 million: This is the new hotel of the Prima chain in Tel Aviv
Prima chain's new Tel Aviv hotel, Hotel on Mendeli Street, acquired for NIS 92 million, adding to their city presence with urban design and Chef Meshia's restaurant.
The Prima hotel chain continues to expand and acquires the Hotel on Mendeli Street in Tel Aviv for approximately NIS 92 million. The hotel, which was already owned by the chain at the beginning of July, remains under the same branding.
This is the fourth property the chain has acquired in the last three years, which include the Prima Vera Hotel in Jerusalem and projects under construction that include The LUX Hotel in the Lido project in Ashdod and the conservation building at Allenby 81 Tel Aviv. The Hotel on Mendeli Street is the fifth hotel of the Prima chain in Tel Aviv and joins the chain's 4 hotels in the city: Prima City, Prima Tel Aviv, Hotel 75 and Jacob Samuel.
The hotel includes 66 rooms with an urban design located in a six-story building at 5 Mendeli Street. The hotel offers boutique accommodation, with rooms designed in a classic and elegant way, and as part of this worldview, the hotel operates the restaurant of Chef Meshia. Given its attractive location in the city (near Ben Yehuda and Yarkon streets) and its proximity to the beach, the hotel appeals to a diverse audience looking for a lively urban vacation along with luxurious accommodation and a relaxed hotel atmosphere.
