Four days of street basketball, music, and food: The ballout tournament kicks off
Celebrating the limited-edition launch of HENNESSY NBA, sponsor Hennessy and Teder offer an unforgettable experience of sports, food, and live music. Full details inside.
In honor of the HENNESSY NBA limited edition, Teder and Hennessy, the official NBA sponsor, present "Ballout"—a competitive, prize-winning streetball tournament that's set to wow the city that never sleeps.
From November 6 to 9, Romano House Plaza will transform into a designed, fully equipped basketball court with spectator stands and a digital scoreboard, open to the public free of charge. Sixteen teams representing Tel Aviv’s nightlife and cultural scene, including Herzl 16, Bousar, Kroot, Ahim Restaurant, and Hennessy All-Stars, will compete. Each team, composed of three players, can add a fourth as a "wildcard," promising some unconventional lineup surprises.
The basketball court was created in collaboration with "Splash Project," a unique initiative founded by Liam Shrem, who was tragically killed on October 7 in Sderot. This project, which aims to restore and repaint community basketball courts across the country for youth in underserved neighborhoods, partners with prominent artists. Artist Adi Nahum designed the special court at Romano House. Liam’s legacy continues through his mother and friends, who are dedicated to restoring courts across Israel—and soon internationally.
Between and after games, well-known artists and musicians from the local scene will perform live, alongside special acts including COHEN, LIAD MEIR, SHAE & LAVA DOME, EDEN DERSO, BALULU, SIMA NOON, TLV VOGUE NIGHT, FAYA FAM, DJ MESH, HECTIK, WALTER, ACOWGRL, AMICHAY MATYAS, DIGITAL ME, KID KOKO, ARGOV, and many more.
Beyond the sports and cultural experience, visitors will enjoy a unique culinary experience. Chef Eyal Shani has curated a special menu of iconic stadium dishes, such as smash burgers, crispy chicken, corn dogs, and fries with his own twist. A dedicated cocktail bar will offer a variety of Hennessy-based drinks, including the Hennessy Ice Tea, Hennessy Highball, and Hennessy Colada, along with classic options like Hennessy VS, VSOP, and XO for those who prefer cognac in its purest form.
In addition to the Teder Plaza, other spaces at Romano House will also be part of the event. A pop-up merchandise store will feature exclusive event-branded items and limited-edition Hennessy NBA bottles, while the second-floor area will host lectures and a 2K basketball game tournament on the PS5 console, open to the public.
