Healing event: Acroyoga & ice bath in Lahav Forest for Negev residents

Against the background of the complex times and the need to find peace even these days, on Thursday, September 19, the Harmony in the Forest event will take place, which will include diverse workshops in the field of wellness: Acroyoga, Pilates, ice baths, shiatsu, sound healing, intuitive painting, reflexology and more.
Precisely in a complex time like this, the event is an opportunity to relax, to strengthen the body and mind and to connect with nature. The event will take place at Rimon Farm, which is in the heart of Lahav Forest and was used during the war as a healing and safe space for dozens of evacuees, war victims, fighters and reservists. The event is intended for ages 30+ in combination with local businesses in the Bnei Shimon Regional Council.
Rimon Farm where the event takes place, is a non-profit organization that routinely operates education and treatment complexes through agriculture in the Negev for a variety of populations: Youth who are not integrated into the formal education systems/are on the verge of being disconnected from them, post-trauma victims both for individuals and civilian groups, and for post-trauma victims from forces the security When every person who comes to the farm has a personal plan according to their personal needs accompanied by a professional treatment team.
In addition, from 7.10 the farm was mobilized to be a supportive and rehabilitative community center for the people of the surrounding area who were affected by the events of the seventh. The various complexes on the farm act as a healing space, as an opportunity to be part of an enveloping social community, to be a space for agricultural work and a connection to the land and nature and to have a relaxing and liberating activity.
The event offers a unique experience that combines all the activities that the body and mind need in this situation. All this at a price of NIS 200 for a single person and NIS 350 for a double ticket, when food will be purchased separately. Upon entering the farm you will receive a glass of local wine and you will be able to get to know the place and the area, immediately after, the event will open with a lot of energy with an aerobic workout - "core dance" and from there it will be possible to move on to a variety of personal and group workshops that will take place in the area of the farm in private and pleasant yurt tents and in large and spacious group tents.
Among the workshops: Reflexology, shiatsu, trilotherapy, cosmetic massage, deep tissue massage, Access Bars (relaxation and stress reduction method), ice baths, facial massage and more. In the group workshops you can participate in Acroyoga, Pilates, sound-healing, a sourdough bread making workshop, an intuitive drawing workshop and more.
Throughout the event, there will be food stalls and local produce in the area of the farm. Among them is a food court that will include an ecological vegetable garden that allows picking for an additional fee, locally produced stalls of handmade jams, spices, chocolate boxes and more. As well as additional local produce stands: Cosmetic products in natural pharmacies, jewelry, designed ceramics, pictures and stones, handicrafts, succulents, flowers, second hand clothes and more.
Also, at 8:30 p.m., the lecture "The wonderful science of happiness - and how to use it for a better life" will be held, led by Judith Katz, author of the book and host of the "Think Good" podcast, which has become a bestseller and the most listened to.
