How technology is revolutionizing the Israeli kitchen during the Tishrei holidays, saving families half the time spent preparing traditional dishes.

The Tishrei holidays are upon us, and this year, more than ever, the kitchen becomes the center of family life. However, an absolute majority of Israelis report stress and strain in preparing for the holiday. In fact, a recent study found that Israelis spend close to an entire work week in the kitchen before the holiday. But what if we told you that you could save about half of this time? This is where technology comes into play, as there are now quite a few solutions that will make cooking for the holidays a fun and simple experience.

Ilya Umansky, head of the product quality and regulation department at Miniline, describes it this way: "Ahead of the Tishrei holidays, we see a significant increase every year in the purchase of refrigerators, ovens, stoves and surprisingly also washing machines. It is evident that Israelis are looking for quality and technological solutions that will help them get through the holidays with ease ".

Professional tip: How to choose the right product for your kitchen?

Think about the size of the family: If your holiday is not a holiday with less than 30 guests, you should choose extra large electrical products.

Adapt to your cooking style: The technological solutions today are many and varied, so for example you can find ovens with a temperature sensor, built-in baking programs and even dishwashers that automatically detect the degree of dirtiness and the amount of dishes.

Choose products with a high energy rating: Choosing products with a high energy rating not only contributes to the environment but also contributes to your electricity bill. A smart dishwasher can save up to 30% in electricity and water consumption.

Consider frequency of use: If you host often, investing in quality products will pay off over time.

Plan your purchase: Many of the importers of electrical products offer attractive promotions and benefits for the holidays, planning and timing your purchase correctly can save you a lot of money in the future.

Clean and bake like a pro

In recent years, the Israeli public is discovering the pyrolytic ovens. Ovens that solve the most annoying problem in the kitchen - cleaning the oven. "The pyrolytic oven was able to heat up to a temperature of about 500 degrees, which burns all the fat and dirt and leaves only ash that can be cleaned with a cloth." Adds Umansky, "Besides, it has a double door, which also makes it much safer in homes with children."

And what about washing the dishes? It turns out that there is a solution for this too. Come on, you don't really know which program to set the dishwasher on, most of us choose one familiar program without really knowing what the appropriate program is. AEG, for example, has a solution for this, when SensorLogic technology knows how to adjust the washing program with the help of sensors that measure the load of the dishes and the level of dirt.
