Shatit company buys 6 dunam land near IKEA in Kiryat Ata for a commercial and office complex spanning 2,000 sqm of commerce and 6,000 sqm of offices, construction set to commence soon.
The Shatit company announced last month that it completed a deal for the purchase of the entire lot near the IKEA branch located on the Haifa-Kiryat Ata road.
This is a 6 dunam land, on which the company intends to build approximately 2,000 square meters of commercial space and 6,000 square meters of offices (a commercial floor and 3 office floors). The purchase of the land at a value of NIS 12 million. The project is about to start construction, with the expectation of receiving the permit is October 24.
The complex is planned as a prestigious, modern and designed complex, in a main artery of entertainment and business, near major entertainment and commercial centers in the area, and on a main transportation axis (route 4, bypassing Krayot). According to the company's planning, the commercial spaces that will be marketed in the project will be offered at a price of NIS 25,000 per square meter, and the office spaces at NIS 10,000 per square meter.
