Partner TV service upgrade: Advanced app & expanded content for customers
Partner TV service renewal: customers upgraded to advanced app with expanded content offering and improved interface for better viewing experience.
The media group Partner announced today a significant upgrade to the Partner TV service, as part of which all customers will be upgraded to an innovative application, with advanced visibility and interface and a richer and wider content offering.
In order to establish the new television service, Partner signed an agreement with the yes television company, under which an application will be developed for Partner TV based on the widest content package of the Sting+ service and will be fully adapted to the Partner brand.
Upon completion of the preparations, which will take several months, all Partner TV customers will be upgraded automatically, either in TV packages or in internet bundle and triple packages. This, without any change in the existing monthly price and without any need for action on the part of the customers, who remain with the same converter and remote control. Customers will continue to benefit from Partner's level of service and support in fiber and television and will receive a full response to their inquiries at Partner's customer service centers.
Upgrading Partner TV is another and complementary part of the strategic plan implemented by the company's management, to build Partner's future vision, while upgrading all of the company's service systems: cellular, fiber and TV. Thus, Partner recently and for the first time in Israel launched Private 5G, the most advanced and secure cellular network in the world. It also signed agreements with infrastructure companies, so that today Partner is the company with the broadest fiber supply in Israel, the only one with the ability to offer fiber in every home where fiber infrastructure exists. In the world of television, the company worked to find a new model for the existing activity.
Upon completion of the technological preparation and receipt of approvals, Partner will inform its customers and the public in an orderly manner.
CEO of the Partner Group, Avi Gabai: "The world view of the Partner Group is to sell the most advanced products in the market. Our customers receive the best cellular and fiber internet services and now will also benefit from a significant upgrade in the TV app and the scope of the content, at no extra charge."
