Remove mattress stains in an hour with bathroom product
Suffering from stubborn mattress stains? Use a common bathroom product and a bit of patience to eliminate them in just an hour. A TikTok user shared a helpful tip for an easier life.
It happens to all of us that the mattress gets dirty, whether it's summer sweat or blood stains. Cleaning these stains can be a nightmare to the point of being impossible, after all, you can't throw the mattress in the washing machine, and many cleaning products require endless scrubbing in the hope that the stain will disappear.
But, according to a cleaning blogger from the social network Tiktok, you don't need to bother with complicated techniques. All it takes is a common bath product and patience. In a post shared by Leanne (@homewithleanne), she explained that you can remove stains from the mattress with a simple shaving cream.
According to her, all you have to do is apply the foam to the mattress gently so that it covers the entire stained area. No need to scrub, just let the foam work for an hour. Then, wipe the area with a damp cloth. This action should remove the stain and return the mattress to its new appearance. She noted that it is important to make sure the mattress is completely dry before putting the sheets back on it.

In the explanation she attached to the post, Leanne explained why the method works: "It sounds crazy, but it really works! The reason is that shaving cream contains active ingredients that remove the dirt, ingredients that facilitate the breakdown of fats and foaming ingredients that help remove the stain. Try it and your mattress will thank you." .
In addition to all this, she concluded with some important highlights. The method is effective for most types of stains, but Leanne noted that it probably won't remove all types of blood stains. Make sure the mattress is completely dry before putting bedding on it.
