The app provides comprehensive, quick customer data views, enabling personalized interactions and improved workflows.

PowerSale, developed by Salesforce Professional Services using Salesforce Mobile, Tableau, and Consumer Goods Cloud, will revolutionize Tnuva’s field sales operations and enhance customer interactions.

Last year, Tnuva and Salesforce introduced PickSale, a B2B app for retail and chef clients, enabling secure and independent order placements. The app expanded digital sales by 60%, with over 10,000 Tnuva customers using it and more than 50% of company orders processed through it.

Shai Michel, Tnuva’s CIO and VP of IT, stated, “We are proud to launch PowerSale for our sales managers, providing significant value in field sales management and a technological leap for our sales force. With advanced technology, sales managers can make informed decisions, streamline processes, and derive data-based insights online anytime, anywhere. PowerSale embodies strength and power for our sales operations.”

The app offers a 360-degree customer view, integrating customer data, orders, service inquiries, returns, and sales activities in one place, synchronized with iPads and field sales tools. Additionally, with Tableau’s visual metrics and insights, the app equips salespeople to make data-driven decisions, improve sales strategies, meet targets, and make informed decisions easily. The app also allows for personalized interactions and optimized workflows.

“We are proud to launch the first-of-its-kind B2B app for field sales teams,” said Gil Shifer, RVP Professional Services Sales at Salesforce. “No more switching between multiple apps. PowerSale offers an integrated and seamless customer management solution, showcasing our technology's power, which transforms field sales operations. Our technology provides sales representatives with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.”

Relying on data and generating business insights is a way of life in the division, and the new platform is another giant step in this direction.”
