Tlalim Group and Abraham Group have teamed up to create Avraham Tlalim Tours Ltd., a travel company focusing on diverse Israeli narratives, eco-friendly projects, and more.

Tlalim Group and Avraham Group have announced the establishment of Avraham Tlalim Tours Ltd. – a travel company offering unique travel experiences in Israel and the Middle East, combining the strengths of both companies.

This deal represents a winning combination in the Israeli tourism industry. It merges Avraham Tours' extensive experience and reputation in incoming independent tourism with Tlalim Group's expertise and leadership in organized tourism and attractions, creating an exciting new tourism brand.

The new company will leverage the synergy between the companies and develop a wide range of tourism products, focusing on tours that showcase diverse narratives of Israeli society, hospitality experiences in varied local communities, tourism projects with positive social and environmental impact, all while enhancing the individual tourist experience.

Gilad Shauloff, CEO of Avraham Group (Hostels and Tours), elaborates on the shared vision: "We are excited about the new merger and connection with Tlalim Group. Avraham-Tlalim Tours will set a new standard in Israeli tourism, and with the connection to Tlalim, we will reach target audiences that Avraham has not previously addressed. We intend to utilize the strengths and vast experience of both companies, join forces, and take the new company a step further by integrating Tlalim Group’s marketing, logistical, and extensive experience in organized tourism. Our goal is also to continue to expose the social-cultural diversity of the various communities in Israel and their complexities while creating a positive impact on local communities and the environment. We see immense value in bringing tourists to Israel and its neighbors, especially given the current period."

The merger is based on the shared values of both companies – commitment to authentic experiences, excellent customer service, and continuous innovation in the tourism sector. I am confident that this connection will allow us to continue creating connections between people and Israel while providing precise solutions to our clients' needs and creating unforgettable experiences."
