Osnat Gueta reveals where you can enjoy a morning drink on Saturday and recommends an international wine tasting, a delightful beer, a refreshing rosé, and tequila for connoisseurs.

A Weekend Sip: Saturday Morning Coffee and DrinkHakosit  is a local vermoutheria that opened this year at Rabin Square, and it's extending its hours to introduce Kosit Café. Starting from 8:00 AM every day, you can enjoy a drink with something tasty to eat.

The display will be filled with tempting bites on thick focaccia bread with various toppings, such as mozzarella, Ortiz anchovies, and roasted tomatoes, or ricotta with seasonal fruit, honey, and spice.

The best part? Along with good coffee, you can also enjoy a Campari soda, a vermouth shot, or a small beer — after all, it is a vermoutheria. Plus, between 5:00-7:00 PM, there’s a 20% discount on the entire menu.

A Strong Beer for the Weekend: Shevet Brewery's The Tipsy WizardShevet Brewery, a boutique brewery known for its slow, meticulous approach to brewing without succumbing to commercial pressures, is launching a new beer: The Tipsy Wizard.

This is a fruity triple beer, in the Belgian Golden Ale style, rich in hops and freshness, with strong, slightly tropical flavors, ripe bananas, and roasted nuts. It's a strong beer (9% alcohol), rich and flavorful, that pairs well with food.

Price: NIS 80 for a six-pack on the Shevet Beer website

Rosé for the Weekend: Binyamina Winery's Sheva RoséI'm thrilled to see the changes at Binyamina Winery, especially in their creation of lighter, more local-tasting wines. The new "Sheva" series rosé is simply wonderful. Made only from Merlot grapes, with no barrel aging, this wine is crisp and bursting with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, balanced by a pronounced herbaceous note.

It's a delightful drink for an autumn evening (which I hope arrives soon) or just a casual night with friends. This wine pairs beautifully with young goat cheeses and quality butter.

Price: NIS 85

Tequila for the Weekend: Padre Azul AñejoPadre Azul Añejo is a tequila made from blue agave, aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Its color is rich and golden, and its taste is intriguing: coffee and chocolate with roasted nuts, the sweetness of agave that develops into notes of dried fruits and honey, with a smooth, pleasant finish.

It's a pricey bottle, like other aged tequilas, with a unique design featuring a skull-shaped cap inspired by Mexico's Day of the Dead.

My recommendation: Chill the bottle and enjoy its evolving flavors or give it as a gift to serious tequila enthusiasts.

Price: NIS 650
