Anna Aronov struggled with giving up control after becoming a mother, learning each day is a new challenge. Discover her skincare routine and motherhood journey with Yardan Harel.

Anna Aronov says that even after the birth, she still remained a "control patient", but learned an important lesson: "I realized that you can't really prepare. I don't know how he'll sleep at night or when he'll get up in the morning. I go to bed and I'm not sure what kind of night we're going to have." .

This change, which changes our lives, is not easy of course, but it also brings with it something special: "I always remind myself to enjoy the moment. Of course there is difficulty, but he won't be this little puppy again in two or three months, so it's important to enjoy this sweet thing which he is right now."

In a conversation with Yarden Harel about new motherhood, the relationship and the routine she has built for herself since giving birth, Anna says that although she has already gotten used to the status of "mother" and that life shows her every day that she is no longer "Anna before the birth", but at the same time, she does not feel that she needs to Getting used to everyday life with a baby in his first year "because there are moments when I'm sure 'there, I got it' and the next day I realize I didn't understand anything. Every morning I get a new child and I have to be attentive to him."

As someone who has always demanded perfection from herself, she also dreams of being the perfect mother, but realizes that it is impossible and that her baby doesn't really need it either. So how do you still give him the best? "I consume a lot of content. It's important to me to know, to get tools and to consult, it's in my nature. I use the JAMA app, which has everything you need regarding the development of the baby, experts and the whole professional envelope. With all the tips I've received, I reach the person and that's where the challenge begins - to understand Not everything is suitable for my baby. I need to use my intuition and sensitivity as a mother and understand what is right for him."

In the mornings, her partner Eyal gives her a few quiet moments and goes for a walk with the baby. Anna, the Estee Lauder ambassador, says that she took advantage of this from the beginning to return as quickly as possible to a care routine that includes "the little things, at least", such as facial and nail treatments with the products she likes the most. "I have time for a shower and a routine - serum, creams and more and this is a good way to start the day. Just now after giving birth I have found a very good skin care routine for myself."
