Wissotzky opens fourth TLAB branch on Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv
Wissotzky launches a new branch on Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv, featuring a wide range of innovative iced tea beverages and advanced tea experiences, including vegan options and eco-friendly cups.
The new Wissotzky concept store is located at 68 Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv, just across from Dizengoff Center Mall. This branch joins the flagship store of Wissotzky, which opened at the end of 2020 on Hashmonaim Street in Tel Aviv, and the beverage bars at Azrieli Mall in Tel Aviv and the Grand Mall in Petah Tikva.
The new branch brings the advanced tea experience directly to the heart of Tel Aviv, offering a wide range of approximately 30 iced tea beverages that have become renowned, alongside innovative tea products. Among the popular drinks are the "Boba Milk Tea" series in various flavors with tapioca pearls and whipped cream, unique matcha drinks, and the new hit – a series of refreshing iced tea beverages such as peach sage, lavender, mango pineapple, melon, and more, sweetened with agave syrup.
The unique recipes are crafted by mixologist Asaf Amir, who was responsible for setting up the bar at Sinai’s Thai restaurant, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in cocktail creation, menu development, and bar management, alongside food technologist and engineer Itamar Zimmerman.
All beverages are also available in vegan options, with a choice of oat milk or soy milk and vegan whipped cream, all served in reusable and compostable cups. The price range for beverages is NIS 20-30. As a strategic decision, the chain does not charge extra for vegan milk (oat, almond, or soy). Tapioca, cooked on-site, or fruit-flavored bubbles in a variety of tastes – blueberry, mango, pineapple, strawberry, lychee, watermelon, and the new hit – green apple, can be added to all drinks.
In addition to beverages, the new branch offers collections of elegant tea sets, infusions, and loose-leaf teas in various flavors, tea products such as the Mixology Series for making iced tea, the Rainbow Series, Gin & Tea, matcha preparation kits, and more. Customers can also place orders at the digital kiosk and watch the artistry of drink preparation.
