Due to her love of cooking, the homeowner's main request was to design a functional kitchen with a large island. The kitchen was indeed provided by the developer, but the designer knew how to add pampering and important elements to it, with a bar cabinet with a built-in TV and a choice of exclusive materials, combined with wood finishes on the fronts of the kitchen, dark metal on the fronts of the island and concrete surfaces, which upgrades the appearance of the kitchen and provides a luxurious and abundant aroma Chic. A powerful wall in the living room was designed with a library, a built-in TV and a luxurious fireplace, with the same texture, and as a background the designer added powerful marble, which appears in all its glory. The power wall also contains a large amount of dedicated storage space for books and accessories. The fireplace under the TV creates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort, and adds charm and romance to a couple at the beginning of its journey.

The public space is large and spacious, excellent for entertaining friends and the extended family. The noble green color of the dominant sofa in the space, 4.5 meters wide, with plenty of seating and even reclining options, provides a unique and chic atmosphere - a color that is by no means obvious. Huge, floor-to-ceiling windows are located in the public space and bring in the full force of natural light, with a breathtaking view of the sea. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area and seating overlooking the sea was planned on the open balcony.

The bedroom is a special space for rest and relaxation, for which calm monochromatic colors were chosen. The master suite includes a bathroom, a closet and a separate exit to the couple's balcony. In the bedroom there is a compact make-up area for the benefit of the owner of the house, which includes a table with a large mirror and a comfortable seat. In addition, a large TV screen is placed on a special column, which does not hide the powerful view.

The designer also managed to combine different lighting options throughout the apartment in collaboration with the LIGHT IN company. Above the island are handmade decorative lighting fixtures that function like jewelry in the space, modern decorative lamps that add style and personality from the BLUX lighting brand were chosen for the living room, and trizo21 lighting fixtures were chosen for the bedroom, with an emphasis on the thin lighting fixtures that hang on the sides of the bed. Of course, alongside the decorative lighting fixtures, great emphasis is given to the technical lighting according to the needs of each and every space.
