A 50-year-old man was mortally wounded and later died in the hospital after being stabbed on Holon’s Kdoshei Kahir Street. He was identified as Semyon Davarashvili, who was known to the police for violence and property crimes.
“At 10:59 p.m., a report was received at MDA’s 101 hotline in the Ayalon region about a man injured in a violent incident on Kdoshei Kahir Street in Holon,” Magen David Adom spokesman Zachi Heller said. “MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and referred to Wolfson Medical Center a 50-year-old man with stabbing injuries in critical condition while CPR was being performed.”
MDA medics Matan Yitzhak and Erin Tagar were quoted as saying: “We saw a man in his 50s lying unconscious with stabbing injuries. He was not breathing and had no pulse. We gave him medical treatment and urgently evacuated him to the hospital while performing CPR, as his condition was critical.” The man died shortly after arriving at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon.

The two men were at first treated in a local clinic before being evacuated to Soroka.
It was the 68th murder in the Arab-Israeli sector since the beginning of the year, according to Abraham Initiatives.
