IDF operations overnight on Wednesday
On Wednesday night, Israeli security forces arrested a total of three wanted individuals throughout the West Bank, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.
During activity in Nablus, an armed individual opened fire on IDF soldiers who returned in kind. The aggressor was wounded. According to Israeli media citing Palestinian reports, Israeli forces in Nablus killed a member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade after he shot at them.
The IDF also reported shooting from Palestinian territory toward the Israeli town of Bat Hefer. There were neither casualties nor property damage, and the IDF promptly began an investigation to find the perpetrators.
All those arrested were taken in for further questioning by Israeli security forces.
