Hostage crisis in Kibbutz Be'eri continues

The IDF confirmed reports of hostages being held captive in Gaza as well.

Dozens of hostages had been held by Hamas in Kibbutz Be'eri in Israel's south, according to media reports.

Ofakim also remains an active center of hostage-taking.

It was also reported that battles are still taking place in the area between IDF soldiers and terrorists.

In one case, reported in Israel Hayom, a woman saw pictures of her father being paraded around Gaza by Hamas terrorists and was unable to contact her mother.

Gazan reporter

A Gazan reporter was also spotted reporting from Kibbutz Be'eri, he claimed to have walked one hour to the settlement.
