US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to submit a report to Congress criticizing Israel's actions in Gaza, according to an Axios report on Friday, citing three American officials.
Axios also mentioned that Blinken's report will probably state that Israel has not violated its engagement regarding the use of US weapons in accordance with international law.
