The Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for the drone strikes launched on Saturday morning towards the northern Golan Heights, Israeli media reported Saturday.
"We targeted a vital objective within our occupied territories," their statement said. "We will continue to destroy the enemy's strongholds in response to the Zionist massacres against defenseless Palestinian civilians."
