The Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that the state must submit its position on whether National Security Minister Ben-Gvir should be removed from his position by the end of next month.
Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Miara informed the court last weekend that the decision was left to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. She added that the minister does not respect the law and the independence of the government, which is a strong hint of her position on the issue.
