Northern District police officers detained five residents of Arad who crossed into Lebanese territory illegally, the Israel Police announced on Wednesday.
The police received a complaint from IDF officials regarding five individuals who were apprehended within Lebanese territory after crossing the border.
Police officers arrived at the scene, and after meeting with army officials, transferred the five suspects to the police station in Kiryat Shmona for investigation, the Israel Police noted.
