Israel's security establishment in recent weeks identified Hamas restrengthening in central Gaza, Israeli state broadcaster KAN reported on Wednesday.
Security sources told KAN that Hamas is working to restore its capabilities, notably due to the lack of an effective alternative governing body in the Gaza Strip.
These sources noted that Hamas has been able to partially rehabilitate itself in northern Gaza as well.
