Mohammed Bago, the governor of Nigeria's Niger State, advised Christian residents of the state to avoid going on pilgrimage to Israel due to the security situation in the area, local media reported on Monday.
According to one local media report, the governor equated the visit to the Jewish State to "signing their death warrants."
