Ofer Malls, Israel Bidur launch incubator for content creators
Around 15 candidates will be selected for the project, all of whom will then be trained and promoted, granting them access to exclusive opportunities.
Ofer Malls Group, in collaboration with Israel Bidur, is launching an incubator for content creators on social networks throughout the country.
The project, which is the first of its kind in Israel, will train and promote talented content creators at the beginning of their careers and give them professional knowledge, which will be reflected in their activities on social networks, Ofer Malls said Monday in a press release.
About 15 young content creators will be selected from among many candidates. They will become part of a select team of Ofer Malls and Israel Bidur, which will produce diverse and contemporary relevant content for customers of Ofer Malls.
As part of their training, they will take an active part in enrichment sessions and professional workshops that will be delivered by leading influencers in Israel and experts in social media to train them and provide them with professional tools so that they become leading influencers in Israel.
In the first phase, a campaign will be held to recruit candidates for the national team, which will be launched in the coming week, with the participation of leading influencers who will announce the move to the general public and invite those interested to register and participate in the project.
How will the content creators be selected?
After a careful screening to select the most suitable candidates, the list of the team chosen by a team of professional judges from Ofer Malls and Israel Bidur will be closed, and a ceremonial launch will be held before the project starts.
The members of the team will be sent to malls owned and operated by Ofer Malls, with each mall selected according to the needs of its visitors. They will be invited to exclusive events, launches, and special activities, and they will promote benefits and promotions.
The content will receive wide exposure, both on the various platforms of Israel Bidur’s social channels and in the digital assets of Ofer Malls.
