To attract the tech-savvy populace from Yokneam's thriving hi-tech park, the city strategically invested in simultaneous public institution development. Educational complexes, youth clubs, sports halls, cultural centers, and a 40-acre park with botanical gardens and birdwatching spots stand as testaments to this city's forward-thinking approach.
