Masa Israel Journey has announced the launch of a new volunteer program, as per a statement from the organization on Wednesday. The initiative is a response to the call of over a thousand young Jewish adults from around the world, eager to support Israeli society while Israel is at war.

Masa's new program, catering to individuals aged 18-40, is a six-week venture that integrates leadership development with hands-on volunteering. "This program is a reflection of the young Jewish community's commitment to Israel," stated Ofer Gutman, CEO of Masa. "Their eagerness is a testament to our collective strength. The only way to keep Israel strong and prevail is together. Am Israel Chai!"

According to the statement, participants will be engaged in various activities including cooking for soldiers, food packaging, and educational support. The program also involves rehabilitation efforts and agricultural work, particularly in Israel's southern regions.

Masa emphasized that the program isn't just about volunteering. It includes leadership seminars and meetings with local leaders, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of Israeli society. "Our goal is to empower these young adults, not just as volunteers but as informed leaders who can contribute meaningfully to the community," Masa’s statement highlighted.
