Earlier today, the IDF struck a vehicle with a terrorist that took part in the murderous October 7 massacre, the military announced on Saturday. 

The terrorist was monitored for a while by IDF intelligence and was struck following credible information regarding his real-time location. 

The claim that the terrorist was simultaneously a WCK worker is being examined. 

The IDF emphasizes that it was a civilian unmarked vehicle, and its movement on the route was not coordinated for transporting aid.

The Nahal Brigade Combat Team has been actively engaged in counterterrorism operations in Rafah, located in the Gaza Strip, under the Gaza Division's command, the military reported on Saturday.

Over the past week, forces conducted searches near a hospital and mosque in Rafah, uncovering a cache of weapons. The inventory included anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles, Kalashnikov rifles, grenades, tactical vests, and other combat equipment.

The unit executed precision strikes coordinated by the brigade's fire support division, targeting terrorists and demolishing key infrastructure. In a significant operation, they neutralized a terrorist cell that had rigged the area with barrels of explosives and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

During IDF searches in southern Lebanon over the past day, the soldiers located and confiscated weapons that were concealed in a mosque by Hezbollah terrorists, the military announced on Saturday.

Additionally, over the past day, IDF soldiers have been operating to distance suspects from prohibited areas in southern Lebanon. 

The IDF is deployed in southern Lebanon and will actively enforce violations of the ceasefire agreement, the military said.
