In barely two weeks since its inception, the Pepe coin (PEPE) has succeeded in breaking into the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap. At this rate, Pepe is poised to challenge Shiba Inu (SHIB) for the second slot on the meme chart, an accomplishment that analysts are calling impressive.

As investors look for the next big thing in the meme coin arena, market patterns suggest that newer meme coins are outperforming older ones like Shiba Inu.

DogeMiyagi (MIYAGI) is another such meme coin, though it is still in the presale phase. In addition to its own tokenomics, Dogemiyagi is becoming more and more popular because of its potential to displace other well-established cryptocurrencies.

Is Pepe The Next Huge Memecoin?

The cryptocurrency market has a recurring tendency, in which every so often a brand-new meme coin emerges and there’s great hype around it. PEPE coin appears to be an extension of this.

The meme currency entered the top 100 projects in less than two weeks after it first appeared, achieving a market value of nearly $420 million.

The initial entry point on Etherscan was April 18, 2023, when the PEPE memecoin was released around the middle of the month.

PEPE is a meme coin with no intrinsic worth or expectation of financial return by design, and this is mentioned explicitly on the website. Neither a formal team nor a roadmap exist. It's important to remember that in the world of cryptography, this is nothing new.

Also, the creators of PEPE don't claim to be associated with Pepe the Frog, but they do rely on the meme's capacity to become global.

Can Pepe Coin Dethrone Shiba Inu As 2nd-Largest Meme Coin?

According to an anonymous cryptocurrency analyst, Pepe Coin will keep rising in value until it surpasses Shiba Inu to take over as the second-largest meme coin.

Shiba Inu and Pepe are similar breeds, according to Cryptunez, who called SHIB a "overpriced, unoriginal doge clone who touts fake utility."

Shiba Inu's enormous supply of 999 trillion tokens, which makes it the cheapest coin that appeals to retail traders when the inevitable bull run resumes, has always been its key selling feature, according to the analyst.

Pepe, on the other hand, "has a high enough supply to take SHIB's place as *the* low price token," the analyst tweeted. Pepe has a supply of 420T tokens.

Look Out For DogeMiyagi

New and interesting, Dogemiyagi (MIYAGI) is giving other meme coins a run for their money. The enormous Dogemiyagi project, which is based on the Ethereum Blockchain, aims to be totally community-driven, secure, and environmentally sustainable.

The project will give up ownership upon the token launch and become a full-fledged Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO).

With a total supply of 96,192,515,112,011.00 and a circulating supply of 9,518,812,011.00, the MIYAGI token is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain that enables the development of a vibrant community that shares Mr. Dogemiyagi's beliefs and experiences.

The MIYAGI token stands apart from other cryptocurrencies due to its vast range of capabilities, including peer-to-peer crypto transactions, cross-border payments, Dogemiyagi NFT purchases, network governance, and more.

Overall, the meme coin market is ever-changing and unpredictable. While PEPE and MIYAGI may be the new meme coins in the crypto community, it remains to be seen how long their popularity will last and whether they can truly challenge the established meme coins like SHIB.
