A juicy hamburger meal at home, a little different
A great dish that will teach you both how to quickly prepare an easily marinated hamburger and how to bake a bun without gluten and carbohydrates.
It can be a perfect lunch or dinner for kids and adults - no qualms. This is definitely a dish that is far from the definition of "junk food", but still nods to those areas. In addition, the keto bun that does not contain gluten or carbohydrates lowers many pangs of conscience along the way.
Ingredients:
For the burger:
2 packages of tuna in oil, filtered
2 slices of white bread
2 eggs
salt
Black pepper
A teaspoon of pickled lemon
Half a whole onion
For the bun:
200 grams of almond flour
2 eggs
150 grams of Greek yogurt
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. For the hamburger: In a food processor, grind all the ingredients well for the patty. Season well, form a flat patty like a regular hamburger. Grill the hamburger well on both sides in a griddle pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, about 3 minutes on each side.
2. For the bun: mix all the ingredients well into the dough, put in the fridge for an hour to set. In a well-greased pan, place balls of dough like a tennis ball and sesame seeds on top. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
3. Assembly: place the hamburger on top of the bottom of the bun, add mustard and ketchup if you like and also a lettuce leaf and a nice slice of tomato.
