Hotel chain presents stands in all restaurants dedicated to the fallen, murdered, and kidnapped with favorite dishes and personal stories, connecting national pain with personal memory.

To mark the anniversary of the October 7th events, the Fattal hotel chain is embarking on an exciting and deeply meaningful culinary venture in all the hotels of the chain. The project seeks to perpetuate the memory of the fallen and the murdered and to remember the abductees who are still being held captive by Hamas.

In each of the hotel restaurants in the Fattal chain, a special stand will be established that will be dedicated to a soldier or civilian who has been killed, murdered or kidnapped since October 7. In this position, that person's favorite dish will be served, next to their picture and the story of their life.

The dishes and details were collected with great sensitivity from the bereaved families and families of the kidnapped by the network's training team, in collaboration with the network's chef, Guy Rodovsky. The information was passed on to the chefs and service teams in the hotels, who made sure to prepare the dishes with great precision.

Avia Magen, CEO of the Fattal Hotels chain in Israel, explains: "The Fattal Hotels chain bows its head to the memory of the fallen and the murdered, embraces the families of the abducted and chooses to mark October 7, one of the most horrible days we have known as a nation, with a culinary initiative that seeks to create a bridge between the national pain and personal memory."

The families who chose to participate in the project were invited to hotels where the position of their loved ones is shown. At the end of the day, they will be awarded the photo that was presented to the hotel's guests and staff, as an emotional souvenir of the special gesture.

Among those immortalized, the late Nitzan Rahum and the late Lidor Levy, who lived in a happy relationship and dreamed of starting a family, a dream that was prematurely cut short when they came to celebrate life at the Nova party, where they were murdered in a barrage of riots when Nitzan was in the fourth month of her pregnancy and carrying a male child in her womb. Nitzan and Lidor really liked to eat mushroom cream pasta and always made sure to add truffles. The stand in their memory is placed at the Leonardo Gordon Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv.
