Domino's Pizza wants to shorten the ordering time through its website. The chain has launched a new booking site that better learns user preferences.

Domino's Pizza launched a new website for ordering via computer or smartphone, and in a few weeks a new application will also be launched. The site focuses on learning the customer's preferences and shortening the order time. The system learns and remembers the user's preferences at any time for the following orders: thus, the builder displays the add-ons that are most liked by the customer at the beginning of the list of add-ons.

After each order, the customer has the option to save the pizzas he ordered and become his regular pizzas and thus, in subsequent orders, he can order his favorite pizzas again with one click. The customer will be able, according to his preferences, to filter out everything that is not of interest through settings in the personal area. These options mean that the ordering time on the new website is significantly shorter than the time required today.

Domino's Pizza - Where's my pizza?

The tracker that appears today on the website and displays status on the status of the order has also undergone a facelift, the status of the order is shown with a video suitable for every stage of the order, from the preparation of the dough, through the addition of toppings, the pizza in the oven, until the order is packed and the courier is on the way. As soon as the courier leaves, the video changes to a map that shows the location of the courier in real time until he knocks on the customer's door.

Domino's Pizza also added games (gamification) to the site, so that instead of the digital scratch card that provides discounts after ordering, it now turns into a roulette that looks like a pizza. The customer will receive a reminder of benefits that he did not take advantage of.
