New product releases include indulgent cereals, vegan snacks, refreshing beverages, and unique syrups, bringing exciting flavors to the shelves from Israel’s top food and beverage brands.

Gold Cariot, Telma

Telma's super-Israeli breakfast cereal brand shines a golden light on mornings with a new edition now on the shelf.

Gold Cariot highlights festivity and royalty, as defined by Telma, aiming to make you "feel like a king or queen for a moment." The product features cereal filled with caramelized white chocolate cream (NIS 18.90-22.90 for a 348g box), offering the familiar crispy outer texture and a creamy encounter that begins the indulgence. The sweetness is still present, of course, waiting for milk—an enduring combination that has won over generations.

The familiar features are here: an initial crispness followed by a lingering softness, with a corn base and a bold seasoning that keeps you reaching back into the bag (55g), delivering on its promise.

Nørdic Mist's debut in this category follows its previous launch of soda and flavored soda. The new offerings include lemonade, apple-peach, and pineapple-mint flavors, along with a low-calorie version (1 calorie per 100ml) featuring peach, berry, lemongrass, mango, and mint. As expected, these drinks are excellent, with a nicely subtle sweetness, intriguing flavors, and noticeable effervescence—whether enjoyed as-is over ice or as a mixer with alcohol.

The popular beverage brand expands its selection and lowers temperatures with a double launch in the Prigat Mix series.

These drinks—watermelon mint and melon mint—were initially mixed for the summer but are now recognized as perfect for nearly three-quarters of the Israeli calendar. The beverages, available in both individual and family-sized bottles, are free of preservatives and proudly labeled "Vegan Friendly." They feature a smooth consistency and balanced sweetness, primarily from the mint, and work wonderfully in smoothies and, of course, cocktails.

Thema Beer, Psagot Winery

Psagot Winery from the Binyamin region crosses categories and domains with the launch of Psagot Thema, a series of sour red ales.

This beer, a collaboration between the winery and Jerusalem's Hutch Brewery, emphasizes aging potential and defines itself as "an idea and experiential journey for the discovery of the perfect connection point" with wine culture. The series offers four types of barrel-aged sour red ales, each brewed and fermented together, followed by nine months of aging in Israeli Merlot, Port, and XO Brandy barrels. The result is deep and complex, with nutty flavors and fruity-chocolatey notes, delivering a refreshing finish. Price: NIS 120 for a four-pack.
