Soft, light: Sweet rice cake next to the coffee
If you like warm and sweet rice pudding, you're going to love this cake.
The base of this cake is a rice pudding, known in some places as arz con leche or sotlach - a sweet and warm dessert of rice cooked with milk in the texture of a pudding.
In this version from Hungarian cuisine, the sweet pudding is combined with egg batter and baked as a soft and wonderful orange-scented cake without a drop of flour. A simple and wonderful cake with coffee during Passover and also for those who avoid gluten.
