Burger Station is opening six new branches by the end of 2025, adding to its existing 14 locations. Where will the new branches open, and what’s on the menu? All the details.

Burger Station, a kosher burger chain, is set to make a substantial expansion this coming year, aiming to open six new branches by the end of 2025. The average investment per location is estimated at approximately NIS 800,000, totaling 5 million shekels toward this year's expansion efforts. This move marks the completion of a two-year growth phase, during which the chain invested a total of NIS 11 million to open 11 new branches.

Currently, the chain has 14 branches. The upcoming locations are planned for Holon, Hadera, Rosh Ha'ayin, Ashdod, Beersheba, and Jerusalem. Last year, the chain added branches in Tel Aviv, Modiin, Bat Yam, Hod Hasharon, and Rehovot. Established in 2019, Burger Station was acquired two years ago by Shlomi Gadot and Andrei Bobrov, its current owners.

"The chain’s expansion reflects the high demand for our products," said Shlomi Gadot, co-owner of the chain. "We cater to diverse audiences, from those who keep kosher to vegans who avoid meat entirely, offering fresh, uncompromising quality for all. This variety allows us to expand into many cities across the country. At this stage, the chain includes 14 branches, all featuring a contemporary, industrial design. By the end of 2025, six more branches will be added, and we plan to continue expanding in the coming years, delivering delicious, uncompromising quality—kosher—meals to our customers."

In addition to the burgers that made the chain a market success, Burger Station’s menu features a range of vegan options, including vegan burgers, vegan cheese, and even vegan desserts. The burger lineup includes the classic burger, spicy burger, kosher cheeseburger, “Smash Station” burger (two patties on the grill with vegan cheese and charred red onion), and a vegan “Beyond Burger.”
