French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné will arrive in Lebanon to discuss proposals to prevent further escalation between Hezbollah and Israel, Israeli media reported on Sunday.
Earlier this year, Séjourné proposed a plan where Hezbollah would pull back 6 miles from the Israeli border in return for Israel ceasing strikes in southern Lebanon, but the plan was never implemented.
