The company offers kosher, "Vegan Friendly" certified desserts in familiar flavors, available in all food chains, and joins Israel's growing vegan market.

Eden Desserts, one of the leading companies in Israel for producing individually packaged desserts, has announced a new line of vegan desserts. The new desserts are actually a vegan version of Eden’s classic desserts: malabi, crumble cake, and tiramisu. All the desserts are kosher parve, marked with the "Vegan Friendly" label, and available in food chains.

The Eden Desserts factory, owned by businessmen Eli Boaron and Naor Barazani, is located in Ashkelon and produces about 50,000 individually packaged desserts daily. The vegan food market in Israel continues to grow significantly, estimated at hundreds of millions of shekels per year. This sector is part of the healthy food industry, which also includes vegan products and meat and dairy substitutes.

“It’s no secret that the number of Israelis who prefer vegan food is rising,” says Naor Barazani, one of the owners of Eden Desserts. “I’m very happy that we’re joining this trend and offering a series of high-quality products with growth potential in this developing market.”

According to him, “Today we are introducing the first three desserts to the market, and next year we plan to expand and develop the series to include additional products without sugar and enriched with protein in our classic desserts. We have succeeded in creating premium flavors and quality, but within reach. Our desserts are currently available in all food chains in Israel and also worldwide for Jewish communities abroad.”
