A good dish doesn't always require a lot of work - Avi Biton in a quick recipe for a festive Syrian pastry of rice and minced meat seasoned with Bharat.

This is probably going to be the quickest dish you will make on the holiday - this rice and minced meat pastry that originates from Syria just needs to be mixed, sent to the oven for 40 minutes and that's it. Do you want to decorate it a little for the holiday? Sprinkle roasted almond chips and chopped mint leaves on top and serve in the center of the table with tahini and a fresh and spicy tomato salad.
