Israfood 39 Exhibition kicks off, showcasing food industry innovations
Organized by the Stier Group, Israfood 39 will take place from November 26-28 at Expo Tel Aviv, featuring Israfood, Hotex, Kitex, Food Pack, and Bake & Cake exhibitions.
The Stier Group is set to host Israel’s largest annual event for the food, hospitality, and retail industries—the 39th Israfood Exhibition.
The 39th Food, Hospitality, and Retail Industry Week will serve as a central platform for professionals across Israel's food, HORECA (hotels, restaurants, and cafes), retail, and institutional markets to connect and collaborate.
According to Gil Stier, CEO of the Stier Group, "We understand the importance of this event, especially now. The industry’s resilience amid war and emergency conditions, coupled with the need to introduce new technologies, fosters collaboration and strengthens national unity. While previous years saw strong international attendance, we are pleased to report that this year will also feature international companies, with an even greater presence of Israeli firms."
Alongside the exhibition, the "Food Retail Conference: Challenges and Solutions 2025-2026," organized in partnership with Synergy Group and the Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce, will include industry leaders such as Rami Levy, Eyal Ravid, Eitan Yochananof, Chamber of Commerce President Shachar Turgeman, and many other top figures. Panels will be led by Keren Marciano. The "Restaurant and Bar Association Conference—Light Through Crisis," led by Gideon Oko and Noga Nir Ne'eman, will address the industry’s severe challenges with speakers from Israel's Budget Directorate, Tax Authority, Ministry of Immigration, Knesset members, and prominent chefs, including Haim Cohen, Yossi Shitrit, and Raz Rahav.
Leading companies from Israel and abroad will participate in the industry’s largest event, unveiling their latest products and technologies for 2025. Exhibitors will include Diplomat, Landwer Coffee, Manchies, Marina Mushrooms, Mor Coffee, Agat&D, Naomi Farms, Kuroskai, Nirometal, Electis-Samsung, Verifone, COMAX, Akif, Aminach, and many more.
International companies interested in the Israeli market will also exhibit at Israfood. Despite ongoing conflicts, the exhibition remains large and diverse, featuring companies from Poland, Greece, Russia, and others. This year, however, Turkish delegations, previously a notable presence, will not attend due to current political tensions.
At this flagship event for Israel’s food and beverage industries, attendees will discover the latest advancements in food, beverages, equipment, and technologies across hospitality, retail, and the institutional sectors. New trends include engineered meat cuts, innovative sugar substitutes, artisanal frozen foods from Vietnam, exotic seafood from Alaska and the Sea of Azov, craft beers from Israeli breweries, baked goods, raw materials, utensils, packaging products, and more.
As part of Food, Hospitality, and Retail Industry Week 2024, the following exhibitions and events will take place:
